Riccardo GRELLA

Riccardo graduated from Polytechnic University of Milan in 1996, he was awarded a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering with Engines specialization.​
​
In 1997 he joined a small Italian firm of Adjusters as an Adjuster and Surveyor specialising in Fine Art and Collectibles, Classic Cars, Jewellers Block, Cash in Transit and General Specie, HNW, Aviation, Contingency, Events Cancellation, Over-redemption, Liability, Prize indemnity, Product Liability and Recall.
He broadened his horizons since 2008 serving clients worldwide also as Security Consultant and continued by joining an international firm in 2012.

However, he came to realize that the specialist nature of the work was not suited to the corporate adjusting environment. Having met the owners of GM, a, privately-owned, specialist French firm of Adjusters, he and several ex-colleagues, decided to launch a niche international adjusting firm in 2015 with the backing of GM.

In 2019, to better imprint his working philosophy to the Company, he decided to finalise the acquisition of GM Consultant Italia S.r.l.
​
With 23 years experience in the insurance industry, Riccardo is well known in the Insurance industry.
Marius POTGIETER

Marius holds a Degree in Business as well as a National Diploma in Police Administration from the University of South Africa.
​
He comes with 15 years of Law Enforcement experience, former Captain of the South African Police Services, supported by years of 20 experience in Cash in Transit, Cash Centre and ATM operations in Africa & the Middle East.​
​
During his last 20 years he held Senior Management roles for a well-known, London based multinational company in the Secure Logistics and Cash Management industry. His roles included Regional General Manager, Director Cash Centres, Director Security & Risk and Director Cash Solutions. During this period he was based in South Africa, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Qatar. ​
​
Till recently, he was the Consulting COO for an important Cash & ATM Logistics Company, based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.​
​
He is well-known in the Secure Logistics Industry in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, as he regularly presented at ICCOS Middle East and Africa on CIT and Cash Management related topics.
